We announced it to you just a year ago and we were proud of it! Certified organic since 2017, this distinction confirms our ongoing commitment to cultivate our vines with the utmost respect for traditional methods and the environment.

So what better way to celebrate this anniversary than to head for Millésime bio? Thanks to our newly obtained certification, the trade show is opening its doors to us for the first time! This major international meeting place for organic wines, created over 25 years ago, is unique in France. It will bring together no less than 993 exhibitors from 15 different countries and we will be among the very last wineries represented! This is an opportunity to let you taste the fruit of our work and to discuss with you the challenges of tomorrow in terms of organic wine.

And biodiversity is one of them! We try to answer it with the constraints imposed by the Corsican climate. In the high season, for example, we are obliged to cut short between the rows to avoid fires. But the viticultural usefulness of regulating biodiversity is important; it allows us to fight against erosion, to preserve the richness of the soil and to fight against the vine's pests.

In this way, we encourage the growth of different plants and flowers around our vines. We are currently preparing a plot of land with the aim of replanting different trees and plants this year: fig trees, peach trees, cherry trees, various hedges and flowerbeds.

In the meantime, we hope to see you on our stand at the Millésime Bio trade fair: Hall B1, stand 75 from 28 to 31 January.
